Our boats

That's right!  We have two!  The big boat (Wild Horses) that we live on and the little boat (the dinghy) that functions as our car.

Wild Horses

Wild Horses is a 2002 Beneteau 473.  She is a dream to sail and comfortable to live in.  We have had the privilege of owning Wild Horses since 2015 and have loved every minute of it.

The dinghy

Our dinghy is a Highfield 310 with a Yamaha 15hp motor.

It fits all our crew and is fast and reliable.  Two of her more notable accomplishments:
  • Getting us quickly to shore for a puppy pee break when a narrow weather window sprung up during a thunderstorm and,
  • Making sure we got a necessary coffee (for us) and ice cream (for Ella and William) break when we were at anchor in the thousand islands
